The position is responsible for supporting and assisting the Housing Program Manager or Senior Housing Program. Manager in leadership and management activities related to all facets of a supportive ministry operation.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Non-Profit Management or related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Coursework/Training: Must be capable of successfully completing the course for Certified Occupancy Specialist (either Quadel or NCHM) and obtaining certification within the first year of employment.
- 2 years of experience in a housing, social service or health care organization or work with elderly, disabled or other persons with special needs is required.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
